Ancillary Starter Device Overview
Functioning as a modern equivalent to a starter jump pack, this ancillary starter device is engineered for permanent vehicle installation. It automatically assists the primary battery during engine cranking. Built with 12-volt super capacitors, the module charges directly from the main battery—even if that battery is discharged to as low as 5 volts. Once charged to 12 volts, it delivers up to 1,000 amps of cranking current, providing ample power for V8 petrol and V6 diesel engines.
