David & crew were very helpful in the purchase of this product, loading was effortless, "I'm not very PC savvy" at all, once set up I immediately used this tool on a problem vehicle and found it very straight forward, simple to navigate, and the diagnosis result was so very obvious. The most amazing feature I found was the speed in which I could retrieve data. I've since plugged it into every car that comes in the door and already found / & sold work off the results.
