Specially designed deep 6 point thru socket to fit down the recess of the rocker gear to assist with tappet adjustment / valve clearance via the jam nut. The hollow centre of the socket then allows for a flat blade screwdriver to go through the centre of it to successfully adjust the clearance while the socket holds the nut.
