Includes adapters for all single and double row timing chains.
This kit is based off the original OEM Merecedes Chain link press kit.
Includes the riviter and splitter.

The Separating Tool and the Riveting Tool allow quick, easy and safe splitting and re-connection of the timing-chains - Simplex and Duplex - as well as the double-roller to be found on new Mercedes diesels from 9/95 onwards.

Advantages:

• Clean splitting of the old timing chain
• Correct and safe assembly of the replacement timing-chain
• Exact riveting of the new timing chain

Engines: M271 / M272 / M273 / OM601 / OM602 / OM603 / OM615 / OM616 / OM617 / M102 / M103 / M116 and SAAB / BMW.
Note: Although this kit is based off the Mercedes version, it should fit "most" chains found in all passenger vehicles.
Not suitable for Motorike chains.
