A 54mm extended box spanner ideal for removing and refitting the wheel hub retaining nuts found on Toyotas where plain socket has insufficient depth for normal use.

This plain box spanner is turned by inserting a tommy bar or large screwdriver through the cross drilled holes at the opposite end to the hexagonal head.

This spanner can also be used to adjust the free play in the wheel bearings.
