Removes the front pulley to gain access to the timing belt area
Application: Ford Transit, Transit Custom and Tourneo Custom

Engine codes: YLFS, YMFS, YNFS, YLF6, YMF6, YNR6, YMR6, YLR6, YNF6,
EQUIVALENT OEM 205-295 (puller), 204-158-01(crankshaft nose protector spigot)
Assemble as shown:
Ensure the Force screw is well lubricated with Molybdenum. Disulphide grease at the points.
Ensure the holding bolts are evenly tightened and that the force screw sits square and on the centre of the Spigot.
Wind the force screw in to extract the pulley. Always refer to the vehicle manufacturers instructions
and specifications,
► DO NOT use tools if damaged.
► Maintain tools in a good, clean condition for best
and safest performance.
► Ensure that a vehicle which has been jacked up is
adequately supported with axle stands.
