This kit is a multi-application tool specially designed for the removal and reinstallation of springs in Macpherson strut design suspension on many various makes

The DM11-A1047 still widely used and supplied to many professional workshops throughout the world and still remains a fantastic kit.

The main difference with the DM11-A1047 to the newer DM11-B1047 kits are the following:
Weight: 29Kg (vs 12Kg)
Stroke length: 317mm (Many modern vehicles and SUV's these days have quite long springs where the DM11-A1047 occassionally does not have the reach)
Maximum Load: 26,000N

This kit has a much longer working shaft making tackling bigger longer struts a breeze. Beware of cheaper version kits that look identical in a picture but only weigh half the weight.
