The tool (special tool - Audi) is great and despatch was excellent and item arrived as expected. But the reason I felt you deserve double thumbs up was making this tool available and its quality. Audi would not provide STs to individuals. Having bitten by many dodgy online merchants needless to say how rewarding it was to find this tool on your site and being able to purchase from a local real shop. So double thumbs up from me! Keep up the great work!
