Allows easy access to the recessed cylinder head bolts on VW / Audi and now Ford 1.0L Ecoboost engines

To determine if the head bolt is a RIBE socket, the head bolt will look like a female Torx 6 point but will have square shape ends on each point.
 

Sometimes when buying a replacement VRS head gasket set it may come with replacment bolts that are a 10mm Multispline style.
These are a more common style socket that may be in your tool collection, if not please use DM11-A2090
